Make an inventory in the medical sector

Each year, Fairson Inventory carries out more than 1000 implant and ancillary inventories in public or private hospitals for various laboratories.

To better understand the specificities of the medical sector, we have appointed a project manager, developed a specific computer interface and trained our stakeholders in the uniqueness of products and the expected hygiene rules.

We can inventory sterile implants, non-sterile implants and ancillaries. For this, we are equipped to scan 1D or 2D barcodes or collect information manually. Each implant is identified by its part number, number and expiry date.

Your Medical Inventory with Fairson Inventory

For the completion of your medical inventory, the Fairson Inventory Planning Department will arrange for the intervention dates with the managers and/or the sterilisation department, as required.

At the end of each inventory, we process deviations in the presence of the hospital or clinic referrer. The final file, signed by both parties, is then sent to the laboratory with the listing of the references present and the justifiable deviations. Products that are out of date or close to expiry date are also highlighted.
The electronic signature of documents allows immediate dispatch, at the end of each inventory service, for rapid updating of your IT inventory and processing of results without delay.
