Are you in possession of a listing of the assets involved? Fairson Inventory uses it as a basis for work.
Otherwise, we define the targets and the nomenclature of the items together. Fairson Inventory can use or supply your own labels.
In this case, they can be standard (labels with barcodes), NFC (reading nearby with a smartphone) or RFID (reading remotely with a dedicated device).

This depends on your budget, your needs and the follow-up procedure that is deployed afterwards. Labels are customisable: choice of media, size and content. A labelling charter is of course agreed upstream. Each equipment is individually labelled and a product sheet is created.
This information is defined according to the characteristics defined upstream. A photo can be attached to the description.

Once the inventory is completed, it is only necessary to follow up for the file to remain active. For this, Fairson Inventory has developed a web platform that allows you to keep your fleet up to date. Users of this platform can view or modify the data, depending on the rights assigned to them.
