A. Data collected and method of collection
The personal data collected on the Fairson site is as follows:
- First and last name,
- Email address,
- Telephone number,
- IP address / location.
This data is collected when the user carries out any of the following actions on the Site:
- When the user contacts us via the contact form,
- When the user contacts us directly by telephone.
In addition, when making a payment on the Site, proof of the transaction including the order form and the invoice will be retained in the computer systems of the Site publisher.
The data controller will retain all collected data in its computer systems, on the Site, under reasonable security conditions, for a period of 5 years.
The data is collected and processed for the following purposes:
Location data and IP address are recorded in order to better target advertisements offered to the user. Email and telephone details allow us to inform customers about product availability and to remind them of delivery dates. Postal address, first name and last name allow us to deliver products to the correct recipients and addresses.

In order for the data controller to process a request, the user must provide their first and last name as well as their email address.
The data controller is required to respond to the user within a maximum of 30 (thirty) days.
