ARTICLE 1 – ORGANISATION OF THE COMPETITION

The “Top Gun Challenge 2026” competition (hereinafter referred to as the “Competition”) is organised by Fairson Inventaire, whose registered office is located at 16, Place Alfred Kastler, 85300 Challans, France, and which is registered with the French Trade and Companies Register under number 39960676300064 (hereinafter referred to as the “Organiser”).

The purpose of the Competition is to foster a spirit of competition, motivation and recognition of top-performing inventory professionals by rewarding performance that combines speed and accuracy.

The Competition is organised in two stages:

  1. Selection phase: from 1 January 2026 to 31 March 2026 inclusive
  2. Top Gun Challenge 2026 Final: 11 June 2026

ARTICLE 2 – DEFINITIONS

  • Talent / Participant: an operator (inventory associate) using the Fairson Job application and meeting the conditions set out in these rules.

  • Eligible assignment: an inventory assignment meeting the eligibility criteria defined in Article 4.

  • Performance: a performance indicator linked to IH / target IH (or any equivalent operational indicator), as measured and displayed by the Organiser’s internal tools.

  • Error rate: a quality indicator calculated in accordance with the Organiser’s internal rules.

ARTICLE 3 – CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

Participation in the Competition is open to all Fairson Job operators who meet the following conditions:

  1. Automatic participation: any Talent meeting the criteria of these rules is automatically entered into the Competition.
  2. Opt-out: Talents who do not wish to take part must submit an explicit written request to: topgunchallenge@fairson.fr
  3. Conditions at the time of the Final: to take part in the Final on 11 June 2026, the Talent must:
    • Be active within the organisation (with a status allowing participation in an internal competition) on the date of the Final;
    • Accept the terms and conditions of these rules.

Invited participants / partners:
The Organiser will invite four participants from partner organisations to take part in the Final, under specific invitation arrangements. These invitations do not automatically entitle the invitees to the prizes awarded to Fairson Job Talents, unless otherwise stated by the Organiser.

ARTICLE 4 – ELIGIBLE PERIOD, REGIONS AND ASSIGNMENTS

4.1 Selection period

The selection period runs from 1 January 2026 to 31 March 2026 inclusive.

4.2 Competition regions

The Competition is structured around eight Fairson regions:

  • France Grand Est: including South-East, Rhône-Alpes and East-Luxembourg
  • France Île-de-France & North
  • France Grand Ouest: including South-West and West
  • French West Indies
  • Italy
  • Spain
  • Portugal
  • Belgium

4.3 Eligible assignments

Only the following assignments are taken into account:

  • Inventory assignments covering more than 10,000 items;
  • Assignments with a defined target IH (or equivalent operational indicator).

The following are excluded from performance calculations:

  • “Pre-count” and “reserve” assignments;
  • Any lines without a defined target IH (or equivalent).

ARTICLE 5 – POINTS ALLOCATION (SCORING)

5.1 Allocation per assignment

Points are awarded on a per-assignment basis, according to performance brackets of 25%.

Example principle:

  • Performance below 100%: 0 points
  • 100% to 124%: 1 point
  • 125% to 149%: 2 points
  • 150% to 174% : 3 points
  • And so on, in 25% increments.

5.2 Monthly assignment cap

Per Talent and per month:

  • A maximum of eight assignments are taken into account;
  • If more than eight assignments are completed, only the eight best-performing assignments are retained;
  • If eight or fewer assignments are completed, all eligible assignments are taken into account.

5.3 Points suspension in case of excessive error rate

If a Talent’s error rate on an assignment (or over a period defined by the Organiser) exceeds 2%, the Organiser may suspend the allocation of the associated points.

This rule is applied in accordance with the Organiser’s internal operational methods for calculating error rates. The Organiser reserves the right to clarify or adjust these methods if operationally required.

ARTICLE 6 – PENALTIES AND SANCTIONS

6.1 Unjustified absence penalty

A penalty of –5 points is applied to the Talent’s monthly score in the event of an unjustified absence from an assignment.

Acceptable supporting documents and submission deadlines are those defined by the Organiser’s internal HR and operational rules.

6.2 Fraud, manipulation and misconduct

Any attempt at fraud, manipulation of results, or behaviour contrary to the Organiser’s values may result in immediate disqualification (see also Article 9).

ARTICLE 7 – RANKINGS AND UPDATES

  • Rankings are recalculated weekly, every Monday at 06:00 (French mainland time).

  • The Fairson Job application displays:

    • The number of points awarded after each inventory assignment on the assignment page;

    • Regional, national and international rankings.

The Organiser remains the sole authority in the event of corrective recalculations (bugs, data anomalies or operational corrections).

ARTICLE 8 – SELECTION OF FINALISTS AND FINAL EVENT

8.1 Selection of finalists

At the end of the period from 1 January to 31 March 2026, finalists are determined based on the rankings defined in Articles 5 to 7, using eligible assignments only.

Indicative selection method:

  • Three finalists from the French regions (Grand Est / Île-de-France–North / Grand Ouest), i.e. one per region or according to monthly podium rules and final sorting defined by the Organiser;
  • One finalist per region/country: French West Indies, Italy, Spain, Portugal and Belgium;
  • Inclusion of four invited partner participants in accordance with Article 3.

The Organiser will publish and communicate the final list of finalists and the exact selection criteria (number per region, tie-break rules) by any appropriate means.

8.2 Final on 11 June 2026

The Final will take place on 11 June 2026 (venue and schedule to be communicated later).

The format of the Final (events, rules, tools, assessment criteria, jury and tie-break procedures) will be detailed in an annex entitled “Final Rules”, which will be provided to finalists prior to the event.

ARTICLE 9 – VALUES AND CONDUCT

Participants undertake to:

  • Uphold the Organiser’s values of integrity, respect and professionalism;
  • Behave ethically and exemplarily;
  • Comply with safety instructions and organisational rules;
  • Refrain from any discriminatory, harassing or offensive behaviour.

Any breach may result in disqualification.

ARTICLE 10 – PRIZES AND AWARDS

Prizes (monthly rewards, final prizes and titles) are defined and communicated by the Organiser.

They are personal, non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash (except where expressly provided), nor for any other prize.

A Top Gun Challenge T-shirt will be awarded to participants ranked in the Top 3 of each Fairson region.

Final prizes: Results will be announced during the Final on 11 June 2026. The prizes are as follows:

  • 1st prize: a WIS Spirit trip to the United States (October, date to be confirmed), €750, and the title TOP GUN 2026
  • 2nd prize: €500
  • 3rd prize: €250

All prizes are strictly personal, non-transferable and non-convertible into cash.

ARTICLE 11 – PERSONAL DATA

The information collected is necessary for the management of the Competition and is intended exclusively for the Organiser.

In accordance with applicable data protection legislation (as amended) and the GDPR, each participant has the right to access, rectify, delete or object to the processing of their data by contacting: topgunchallenge@fairson.fr.

ARTICLE 12 – LIABILITY

The Organiser shall not be held liable in the event of force majeure, events beyond its control, or technical issues affecting the smooth running of the Competition.

If a finalist is unable to attend the Final (for medical reasons, unavailability, etc.), the Organiser reserves the right to determine the replacement or ranking arrangements.

ARTICLE 13 – AMENDMENT OF THE RULES

The Organiser reserves the right to amend these rules, postpone or cancel the Competition should circumstances beyond its control so require.

Any changes will be communicated to participants by any appropriate means.

ARTICLE 14 – ACCEPTANCE OF THE RULES

Participation in the Competition implies full and unconditional acceptance of these rules.

The rules are available upon request and/or via the Organiser’s communication channels.

ARTICLE 15 – GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

These rules are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their application or interpretation shall, failing amicable settlement, be submitted to the competent courts of La Roche-sur-Yon.
